Visionox begins mass production of fourth-generation pTSF AMOLED technologyVisionox has officially entered mass production of its fourth-generation pTSF AMOLED material system, marking a major leap forward in China's display technology. This new generation of screens offers significant improvements in luminous efficiency, color accuracy, and lifespan, positioning Visionox as a global leader in advanced display solutions.

As consumer demand shifts toward immersive experiences, screen performance is no longer judged solely by resolution and refresh rate. Users now expect vibrant color reproduction, energy efficiency, and long-term durability. Visionox's pTSF technology addresses these needs by introducing multiple energy transfer modes and fluorescent emitters that achieve 100% internal quantum efficiency. This results in faster exciton lifetimes-from microseconds to nanoseconds-reducing energy loss and boosting performance.

At SID 2025, Visionox unveiled its high-efficiency pTSF screens and wide color gamut models. Compared to traditional OLEDs, these displays reduce power consumption by over 12% and extend lifespan by 15%. For example, a smartphone with a typical 10-hour battery life could gain an extra 1.2 hours of usage. The wide color gamut version covers more than 99.5% of both DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB standards, making it ideal for professional design and content creation. It also reduces energy use by 6% and increases lifespan by 20%.

Visionox's success stems from years of collaboration with Tsinghua University and domestic material suppliers. The company has applied for over 20,000 OLED-related patents, with 89% being invention patents. These span the entire supply chain-from materials and devices to processes and equipment-creating a robust technical foundation.

The company was the first in China to set international standards for flexible displays and has achieved more than 20 global "firsts" and over 50 national breakthroughs. Visionox also received the only "First Prize of the National Technology Invention Award" in the display industry, solidifying its role as a pioneer in Chinese screen innovation.
