HKC unveils M10 Ultra, the world's first RGB-MiniLED displayOn December 12, HKC announced the global debut of its M10 Ultra RGB-MiniLED display, a breakthrough that shifts the industry from traditional backlight control to direct light-and-color control. This innovation delivers a fundamental upgrade in color accuracy, contrast, and brightness, injecting new vitality into the global display market.

For decades, LCD displays relied on backlight solutions. Early CCFL backlights offered narrow color ranges, while later LED and MiniLED systems used blue LEDs with phosphor or quantum dot films to generate white light, which was then filtered into red, green, and blue. This process caused light loss and color deviation, limiting performance.

RGB-MiniLED technology changes the game. Each lamp bead integrates red, green, and blue chips that emit light independently, eliminating the need for conversion layers. This results in near-zero spectral loss and dramatically improved color purity. The M10 Ultra achieves full coverage of four major color gamuts-sRGB, DCI-P3, Adobe RGB, and BT.2020-making it one of the most complete consumer monitors available today.

The display features 4,788 local dimming zones, double that of traditional high-end MiniLEDs, enabling precise brightness control. It delivers peak brightness of 1,600 nits and full-screen brightness of 1,000 nits, with enhanced black levels and reduced halo effects. Combined with low-reflection screen technology, the M10 Ultra achieves monitor-grade brightness and high dynamic contrast.

This advancement transforms displays from "analog restorers" of color into "native presenters," rewriting the technical foundation of professional monitors. For creators in film, design, and post-production, the M10 Ultra ensures accurate color reproduction, boosting efficiency and quality. For gamers, its 4K resolution, high refresh rates, and low latency provide immersive experiences. For movie enthusiasts, it delivers cinematic visuals with vivid contrast and lifelike detail.

The launch also represents a milestone for China's display industry. High-end display technology has long been dominated by overseas brands, but HKC's innovation demonstrates a shift from "manufacturing" to "creation." By mastering core technologies, HKC is positioning itself as a global leader in professional and consumer displays.
