Oppo Find X9 Pro satellite communication edition launches with Dimensity 9500 chip and four-card dual standbyOn November 14, Oppo officially released the Find X9 Pro satellite communication version across all sales channels. The flagship model, equipped with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, is priced at ¥6,999 RMB (about $960 USD). It debuts MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 processor, making it the first domestic eSIM-enabled smartphone in China.

The device supports Beidou satellite text messaging, allowing users to send positioning and distress information in areas without cellular coverage. With Dimensity AI positioning, satellite search is accelerated, improving reliability in extreme environments. The phone also introduces China's first "four-card dual standby" design, combining two physical SIMs and two eSIMs. Signal optimization technology further enhances connectivity in weak network scenarios such as elevators and basements, ensuring smooth video calls and live streaming.

Built on TSMC's 3nm process, the Dimensity 9500 delivers a 32% single-core performance boost and 37% multi-core energy efficiency improvement. The G1-Ultra GPU enhances ray tracing performance, while Oppo's Tidal Engine optimizes gaming smoothness and reduces power consumption, enabling titles like Genshin Impact to run at full frame rates for extended periods.

Imaging capabilities are powered by the Imagiq 1190 ISP and dual NPUs, supporting 200MP direct output and 4K 60fps cinematic portrait recording. The LUMO super-pixel engine introduces a fusion algorithm capable of processing over 200 million frames, producing unprecedented clarity and dynamic range. Oppo also unveiled the LUMO smart video system, which reconstructs video architecture to deliver performance comparable to professional equipment. At the launch event, Oppo executive Liu Zuohu described the Find X9 Pro as "the most worthwhile camera to buy."

The dual NPU architecture doubles the speed of AI retouching and real-time translation while reducing power consumption. ColorOS 16 integrates these features with Xiaobu, now upgraded from a voice assistant to a proactive AI companion. A new AI real-scene dialogue function enables "what you see is what you get" interactions, supporting continuous questioning and real-time interruptions.
